Project Description: This project consisted of a 15,000 + square feet EMS helicopter hanger and supporting facilities at Page Field Airport. This facility includes an aircraft hanger, offices, and crew quarters for EMS Flight Operations. It also has two apparatus bays for the ground EMS crews.

Project Description: Stevens Construction, Builders Care and local subcontractors completed one of the largest home makeover projects to date, completely remodeling the fire-damaged home of Mary Lou Tanksley, an 87-year-old great-grandmother who was in severe need of home repairs and handicap accessibility. In just two weeks, the construction team and volunteers, completed more than $75,000 in home renovations including a new truss roof system, handicap accessible interior walls and bathroom, new windows, central heating and A/C, exterior stucco, replacement of all interior drywall, fresh interior and exterior paint and new kitchen cabinetry.

Project Description: This project consisted of the remodel of a 2,260 square feet building located on the South end of the South Seas Island Resort. This upscale gourmet deli was completed using high-end finishes, including cherry wood trim, crown molding and porcelain tile flooring. The construction team also built a large walk-in cooler and hung brightly colored decorative lighting fixtures from the sculpted ceiling. A large triangular window helps to give the store a warm atmosphere.
