Project Description: This project consists of over 24,000 square feet of renovations and additions to the existing four story King's Crown ALF located at Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, Florida. Stevens Construction remodeled all of the common and resident recreation areas on all three floors. The ground floor was also renovated and expanded to accommodate additional resident recreation areas and support offices. This project was completed while the facility remained in operation.

Project Description: This project consisted of the expansion and renovation of three midrise residence entries and is located on the island portion of the Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, Florida. The project included converting the existing entry decks into useable outdoor living space for residents by constructing modern sun shade trellises and other attractive hardscape elements. These added hardscape elements blend in with and are part of an overall revitalization of the grand court yard which the three midrise residence buildings share.

Project Description: Construction of the FH Wauchula ER started in 2007 and was completed in three phases while the hospital remained in operation.
