Project Description: The Florida Hospital Carrollwood Orthopedic unit includes the interior demolition of the entire 5th floor and reconstruction of a new orthopedic unit. The 17,579 SF newly renovated space will consist of 25 private patient rooms, nurse stations, rehabilitation and associated spaces.
Project Description: Located at 711 State Road 436 in Altamonte Springs, the 5000 SF project has undergone extensive value engineering and is scheduled to begin in May. The project includes a total build-out of the ground floor, upper floor and fire sprinkler upgrade of the entire five-story building.
Project Description: Stevens Construction is converting a former bank building to a 9,100 SF luxury medical office with spa and wellness areas. Located on US 41 in Fort Myers, the two-story facility will have four exam rooms, seven spa rooms, procedure room, administrative offices and a central atrium with a skylight.
