Project Description: Stevens Construction was awarded the contract to build-out the 7,136 square foot, Ophthalmic Facial Plastic Surgery Specialists medical office. Located at 7331 College Parkway in Fort Myers, the office will feature seven exam rooms, two procedure rooms, consultation rooms, lobby, reception area, conference rooms, children's area and administrative offices.

Project Description: Stevens Construction will be building out a 8,316 square-foot medical office for Dr. Edward Humbert, located at 7331 College Parkway. The Fort Myers orthopedic office will include exam rooms, X-ray, physical therapy, reception and supporting offices.

Project Description: The Cape Coral First United Methodist Chuch project entails a remodel and addition of an existing activity center to include an approximately 11,000 SF two-story building. Upon completion, the enhanced children's ministry will include a preschool, multipurpose room, classrooms, kitchen and associated services.
