Project Description: The Gorovoy Cornea Laser Center will include the addition of a 4,600 square foot, single-story ambulatory surgery center to an already existing two-story facility to total 10,580 square feet at completion. The center will include two operating rooms, recovery rooms, step-down recovery rooms, consultation areas, a patient lounge area and administrative offices.
Construction, slated to begin in summer of 2009, will be taking place while the facility remains in operation. This will be an AHCA licensed project.

Project Description: This project includes the construction of a 30,000 +/- square foot, 16-bed Hospice Inpatient and Residential Care Facility located in Sebring. The hospice house will resemble an old Florida style plantation with metal standing seam roofing, deep front porches and Florida native landscaping.
