The bank design followed a prototype involving the same design and color scheme at other locations; however this particular facility was required to reflect the architecture of Coconut Point Mall, per the developer, Simon Property Group, Inc. Architectural elements were added and changed, such as a barrel-tile roof, custom color palettes and detailing around the windows and doors complementing the Mediterranean-style of the existing marketplace.
The bank interior provides a spacious lobby with an oversized cupola allowing natural light. The bank features personal banking and customer services areas, a safe-deposit box vault and offices. The exterior includes a drive-through with three lanes for quick and convenient banking.
High-impact, low-energy glass windows were installed to reduce heating and cooling costs and provide protection against hurricane-strength winds.
The bank is monitored and secured by an alarm system and video surveillance ensuring utmost safety to its customers and employees.
