Located at 1285 Creekside Blvd. E., the 86, 676-square-foot, three-story hospital specializes in providing care to medically complex patients who benefit from an extended recovery time.   Typical diagnoses include stroke, respiratory failure, post-surgical complications, and complex wound care. The average length of stay is 25-30 days, and the majority of Landmark’s admissions come from short-term hospitals; typically from the intensive care and step down units.

Landmark Hospital is a unique crescent-shaped structure constructed via the tilt-wall method. The first floor is shell space available for lease. The second floor of the hospital houses state-of-the art operating rooms, conference rooms, CT scan, X-ray and administrative offices. The third floor features a ten bed intensive care unit, ten bed progressive care unit and 30 medical and surgical beds.

“Although the design, engineering and construction were complex to manage, you and your team continued to forge ahead and get the job done with great attention to detail. Not only is our hospital built like a fortress, it is also a gorgeous building that will have a positive impact on the entire region for many years to come.”
