Project Description

LCEC Service Center
Client: Robert Hoel
Size: 8,138 square feet
Location: Immokalee
Architect:  Alliance Design Group, Inc.
Completed: July 2007

Lee County Electric Cooperative (LCEC) contracted with Stevens Construction to build an 8,138-square-foot distribution and service center with administrative space in its East Collier County territory. Stevens Construction crafted the building using quality construction that exceeds what is typical for similar utilitarian facilities, proving that simple construction can be aesthetically pleasing.

The 5,912-square-foot warehouse has a concrete block foundation, steel frame, pre-engineered metal walls, and a metal roof that extends well past the loading docks to provide worker and product protection. The 2,226-square-foot attached administrative office building is constructed from concrete blocks and a metal roof and is handicapped accessible.
