Stevens Construction was selected by an experienced healthcare after receiving a recommendation from the project architect for the construction of a short-term rehabilitation facility for South Lake Hospital.  Conveniently located on the hospital campus, Skytop View is designed for South Lake Hospital orthopedic patients recovering from surgery.

Stevens Construction worked closely with the design team to create a cost-effective and high quality facility that promoted healing yet provided state-of-the-art equipment allowing patients to recover strength and flexibility.

Skytop View features a porte cochere entry greeting patients into a welcoming lobby featuring stone and wood trim.  At the nurse station, there is a dramatic clerestory with a ceiling height of 27” bringing in natural light promoting wellness and health.

The facility also includes a dining room with elegant finishes and expansive windows, and a restaurant-quality kitchen.

To assist in the rehabilitation process, there is a therapy area with state of the art equipment.  Support spaces include offices, utilities and a multipurpose room which all facilitate patient care.
