Because of the quality of construction and service provided on three previous projects, Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida selected Stevens Construction for the fourth time for the construction of their 9,102 square-foot surgical facility located at 2565 Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers.

Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida wanted a convenient location for their eleven physicians to perform outpatient surgeries.  Previously, they were traveling offsite for surgeries and returning back to their medical office for patient appointments.

Stevens Construction guided them through the project site selection and development process as well. They purchased the property adjacent to their medical office to enable a more accommodating surgical location.  The purchased property had an unoccupied existing building, which Stevens Construction demolished and then prepared the site for construction.

The Center for Specialized surgery features three operating rooms, step-down recovery, recovery, nurse station, consultation room, reception, staff lounge and administrative offices.

The interior color scheme compliments the vibrant exterior color scheme with added earthy tones creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The reception area features a pop of color with the apple quartz countertops.

“In all of our projects, Stevens Construction has been involved from the beginning in the early cost studies, construction design, project scheduling, permitting and construction. In each case, the projects were completed on budget, on time and with the quality of construction that we require.”
