Within the past month, Stevens Construction has provided construction services within five campuses of Florida Hospital in the Tampa vicinity. The Company’s recently completed local projects include the Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Inspiration Place and a patient room upgrade to 163 rooms at Florida Hospital Tampa.

The Company’s current Orlando area projects include a 14,000-square-foot medical office building renovation and several hospitality projects within occupied resort buildings.  Stevens Construction has completed two clubhouse and amenities projects for Lennar Homes in the ChampionsGate and Storey Lake communities.  Additionally, the Company has completed numerous projects for Florida Hospital’s central campuses.
