NAPLES, Fla. (July 17, 2017) – Stevens Construction has completed construction management services for a renovation at Landmark Hospital of Southwest Florida, a long-term acute care facility located at 1285 Creekside Blvd E, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Stevens Construction completed the construction of three additional operating rooms, located on the second floor of Landmark Hospital. Additionally, Stevens Construction renovated the Hospitals existing operating room to accommodate new state of the art OR equipment and install ground isolation monitors.  Stevens Construction utilized Class IV, Group IV Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) the most strict of infection control guidelines; ensuring the rest of the hospital, which was operational during construction, was never compromised during the project.

The project was licensed and inspected by the Agency for Healthcare Administration, which ensures regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities throughout Florida.

The Stevens Construction team included project manager, Dan Adams; assistant project manager, Will Houser, project administrator, Sue Ziegenfus and superintendent Sam Lane. Architectural services were provided by HuntonBrady Architects.

Stevens Construction completed Landmark Hospital, an 86,676-square-foot long-term acute care hospital in 2015.
