TAMPA, Fla. (June 9, 2017) –Stevens Construction has expanded Tampa operations with the addition of project manager Chad Holman and senior project manager, Dave Wade; announced Troy Hernly, vice president central Florida.

Holman brings more than ten years of experience, completing more than $200 million in commercial and healthcare projects including an expansion for Bay Pines VA Healthcare System.  A construction management graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Holman is leading projects in the company’s Tampa and Orlando offices.

A 30-year construction veteran, Wade has completed more than $350 million in project management including the 200,000-square-foot USF Health Carol and Frank Morsani Center for Advanced Healthcare.  Wade has earned his Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association.

Wade and Holman will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of healthcare and commercial projects during all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects maintain budget and schedule.
